The purpose of this disclaimer is to inform you that the information you submit to Cycle Breaker Consulting (CBC) will be used for informational purposes and Cycle Breaker Consulting will not, shall not and cannot offer any legal, tax or financial advice.

  • The use of the information submitted will be to work in harmony with the submitter. The submitter is also known as the User.
  • Cycle Breaker Consulting offers no guarantee or return on investment.
  • The information on the website may not be accurate, complete or up-to-date.
  • Therefore, Cycle Breaker Consulting has no liability for any errors or omissions on the website.
  • The purpose of this site is to assist those individuals, families, professionals, associations, and organizations that need assistance with navigating and securing the desired outcome with their respective real estate initiative and outcome.
  • The User agrees to supply basic information which shall be considered part of the User’s CBC portfolio. This portfolio will remain in the Users file for one year and 3 days after submission.
  • The User and CBC will agree upon compensation which will be reduced to writing in a separate agreement.
  • Both parties recognize that every transaction is different and requires its own agreement.
  • Both parties agree that no commission or compensation will be due to either party until transfer of deed or closing of title. User recognizes that the information submitted through this portal is not proprietary and may be gained or brought out by other sources using CBC or not.
  • Again, User recognizes that they are not and will not and cannot be guaranteed to be the lone initiator/submitter for any transaction.
  • Any information User submits will be used by that specific User and will operate on a first come first served basis.
  • The information supplied by the User is not proprietary and there will be no compensation due for submitting information through the site.
  • Compensation will only be due upon transfer of deed or closing of title.
